Workshop "Building Worship Bridges"

Date:       Saturday, April 28, 2018
Time:       9:00-3:00 pm
Location: Londonderry UMC (address below)

WORSHIP is the BRIDGE that connects the church to its community. Unfortunately, most churches today do not worship in a way that connects with the people in their communities.  Cathy will help you understand how relevant and creative worship can accelerate the connections you make with people in your community.  Save April 28, 2018 and plan on attending to learn how worship connects the community to your church.

Service Opportunities

Circles : Circles Greater Nashua (CGN) is a community-based initiative to assist people out of poverty and into sustained self-sufficiency, hosted at Main Street UMC in Nashua*. LUMC has adopted CGN as a hands-on mission with a commitment to provide dinner for participants and volunteers on the fourth Tuesday of each month . Please contact Connie or Graeme Greenhill if you'd like to help prepare meals for this program.

Guatemala Mission Trip: A construction service trip to Guatemala, co-led by our former District Superintendent Mike Davis, is planned for October 26 to November 4, 2018.  Participants will help build and furnish medical clinics for remote villages.  Pam Axtell participated in this program in the past.  See the website or contact  This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
